Terms and conditions
The rules for using this website and sending us a request.
Last updated: November 2, 2026
About these terms
These terms apply to this website, run by Mak Nuk Village, Calle 7 Sur, Manzana 57, Lote 1, La Veleta, 77760 Tulum, Q.R., México. When you use the site, you accept them.
Requests are not bookings
A request from a form or the chat is not a booking, and a quote is not a booking. Your stay is confirmed only when our team confirms it to you in writing.
Mira, our AI chat
Mira is an AI assistant, not a person, and AI can make mistakes. Mira cannot confirm a booking, a price or availability. If Mira and our team tell you different things, what our team tells you counts.
The number of chats per day is limited. Mira can end a chat that is disrespectful or has nothing to do with a stay.
Prices and photos
Prices on this site are advertised prices. They can change until our team confirms your stay. Photos show the hotel in good faith, and some areas can look different while we prepare to open.
Your stay
We give you the payment terms, the cancellation terms and the house rules in writing before we confirm your stay.
La Consentida orders
Orders from the La Consentida menu are for hotel guests and go through WhatsApp. The menu and its prices can change. An order counts only when the restaurant accepts it.
Using this site
Do not send false information, attack the site, or use automated tools to send requests or chats. We can block anyone who does.
Our content
The text, photos, video and logo on this site belong to Mak Nuk Village or to those who licensed them to us. Do not copy them for commercial use without our written permission.
Other sites
This site links to services we do not control, such as Google Maps, WhatsApp and Instagram. Their own terms apply when you use them.
Our responsibility
We work to keep this site correct and available, but we cannot promise that it is always free of errors or interruptions. Nothing here limits the rights that Mexican consumer law gives you.
Law and changes
The laws of Mexico govern these terms. When these terms change, we publish the new version here and change the date at the top. For questions, use the contact page or call +52 998 291 1704.
